Regina is the owner as well as an instructor. She is certified in Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, Body Ignite, Body Boost, Fit4Baby, and RunClub+.

Bio:

Hi! I'm Regina. I am a mom of 2 girls --- Hailey who is 4 years old and Chloe who is 2. I first found Fit4Mom when I was pregnant with my first daughter, Hailey. As my daughter approached 1.5 years old, I decided to take my passion for fitness and turn it into my career. I became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I was happy to find out that Fit4Mom Moorestown was hiring new instructors!

In May 2023, I took it a step further and bought Fit4Mom Moorestown. Now, here I am! Franchisee and Lead Instructor for FIT4MOM Moorestown - Cherry Hill. I am loving this journey, meeting and supporting all the moms and kids in our community!

Fun Fact: Despite growing up with serious stage fright, I minored in Music (singing) in college and I used to sing in a cover band. I still love singing!
