Hi! I'm Regina. I am a mom of 2 girls --- Hailey who is 3 years old and Chloe who is 7 months old. I first found Fit4Mom when I was pregnant with my first daughter, Hailey. As my daughter approached 1.5 years old, I decided to take my passion for fitness and turn it into my career. I became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I was happy to find out that Fit4Mom Moorestown was hiring new instructors!

In May 2023, I took it a step further and bought Fit4Mom Moorestown. Now, here I am! Franchisee and Lead Instructor for FIT4MOM Moorestown - Cherry Hill. I am loving this journey, meeting and supporting all the moms and kids in our community!
